The new school in the East of Aylesbury is one step closer to being built after it was approved in a planning committee yesterday.
The decision to built the Kingsbrook Secondary School was unanimous in the Bucks Council meeting, with councillors particularly impressed with the contractors plans to make the school environmentally sustainable and climate change conscious.
They even suggested taking it further by utilising 100% of the roof space for solar pannels.
