An independent body will investigate the death of a prisoner in Aylesbury.
The Ministry of Justice has confirmed the death of 25-year-old inmate George Emmett at Aylesbury Prison.
He died on May 25th 2023.
His death will be investigated by the Prisons and Probation Ombudsman.
No date has been set for a full inquest.
