The incident occurred at around 7.30pm on Sunday (10/4) on Lancaster Road in Cressex Business Park
The offender arrived in a matte black Range Rover and drove around the car park, before walking across the car park and up to the victim, he then made threats to harm the victim before shouting at a woman.
The offender is described as a white man around 6ft 3ins tall, of large build, with short, curly, black hair, blue eyes, a stubbly beard and was wearing a black Kenzo T-shirt, blue jeans and dark shoes.
Investigating officer, PC Cameron Parker-Graham, based at High Wycombe police station, said:
“I would like to appeal to anybody who may have dash cam footage or had been in the area and witnessed anything to please get in touch.
