A call-out has been made to organisations in Bucks to help deliver material to older people to help them ‘Live Longer, Better’.
The ten thousand wellbeing packs have been designed by physical movement organisation LEAP in association with Bucks Council.
Inside, there are lots of resources, including a DVD, Audio CD and Public Health England activity at home booklet providing a range of ways to access low intensity seated and non-seated exercises.
You can download the packs here, but for residents who are not online, help is needed to get hard copies to them.
To find out ways that you can help, get in touch with LEAP on 01296 585215 or via info@leapwithus.org.uk
