When she isn't studying for her A levels, 17 year old Alice Rose is using her free time to make Positivity boxes.
Alice sends them out for free, to anyone who may be struggling with their mental health, or are an inpatient in hospital.
The boxes contain self care items like toiletries and face masks, activities and games, sweets and tea, as well as feel good items from local businesses.
To help with her selfless project, Alice has set up a Go Fund me page, the link it here - GOFUNDME
Alice says: "I would like people's help because I want to continue spreading positivity and love to as many people as possible, no matter how big or how small, donations help. Not only will you be helping me, you will also be helping people feel loved and cared for, no-one should suffer in silence."
She also has an Amazon wishlist to help buy products to put in her boxes, which is here - WISHLIST
And to her Positivity Instagram is here - @your_mh_matterss
