If you find yourself sleeping rough or you see anyone sleeping out on the streets of Buckinghamshire, you can contact StreetLink via www.streetlink.org.uk or phone 0300 500 0914.
It will notify a dedicated Outreach worker, so the homeless person can get help.
If you see anyone you believe to be under the age of 18 or are concerned about the health or welfare of anyone that you see sleeping rough, call 999 or during Office hours you can contact the housing teams on the following numbers:
