A First World War memorial has had a re-dedication ceremony in Bierton today after being restored.
The stone memorial is unique because it is for those who survived the First World War, as opposed to the fallen.
The memorial is on the side of the old cricket pavilion in Bierton, that was commissioned in 1919.
It was treated as a welcome home gift to the men of the village, and was also for the use of the people of Bierton and Broughton generally.
The restored memorial was unveiled by MP for Buckingham Greg Smith.
