Fire crews were called to a multi storey car park on Aylesbury High Street.
At 6:19 PM on Wednesday 15 December, firefighters attended the scene, the fire was at level one of a multi-storey car park, generating smoke.
They used buckets of water on burning rubbish and helped to ventilate the area.
