At 8.46am, a car and a bin lorry collided along the stretch of road.
Firefighters used hydraulic equipment to release an adult man who was medically trapped.
The Casualty was then left in the care of the Ambulance Service.
Wendover Road was part closed by Police whilst incident area was made safe.
