It's thought the driver of a truck which hit a building in Buckingham yesterday, was following rogue instructions from his satnav.
Firefighters were called to Summerhouse Hill at 6.48pm last night (23/1), after the articulated vehicle struck a block of flats.
No one was injured although there was damage to the external wall of the three-storey building.
Bucks Fire and Rescue have since posted on Facebook, saying: "It is likely that it was a satnav issue that led to an articulated lorry striking a block of flats in this no-through road yesterday evening. The driver was heading for #BIRMingham, not #BUCKingham"
When further questioned, they said: "We think the reason the driver went down the residential no-through road in Buckingham in an articulated lorry while travelling to Birmingham was because of an instruction from a mis-programmed satnav."
