Road Policing Officers from Amersham base had just left the station when they stumbled across a car that had information markers for outstanding speeding tickets the driver of which was in his Dacia Duster .
The driver handed over a drivers licence that Police say 'looked like it had been printed off at school'.
The driver then accidentally showed officers his actual provisional licence, they also then presented us a certificate of insurance which had been cancelled and it later transpired that he was disqualified from driving last year.
He is now in custody and off to court, his car was also seized.
