If you’re looking for something to do over the Bank Holiday weekend, check out the Wingrave Scarecrow Festival.
There are 38 scarecrows for people to enjoy and admire around a theme of the 80’s with scarecrows such as Smurf, Super Ted, ET, Annie Lennox, Madonna, Jedi Knights and Ghostbusters.
Maps are £2 and can be picked up from the village shop, 21 Winslow Road, Wingrave, HP22 4PS before or on the weekend. By purchasing a map scarecrow hunters can vote for their favourite and be in with a chance of winning a £20 Amazon voucher
The Rose and Crown pub and Wingrave Park Sports Club will be serving food and refreshments.
