Police say the man may have information in connection with the incident.
Thames Valley Police said the man was sat down on the kerb indecently exposing himself in the Popular Grove Surgery car park, Meadow Way, at around 8.25pm on 28 May of this year.
Investigating officer, PC Robert Ord, said: “We are releasing this CCTV image as we believe the person shown may have vital information in connection with this concerning incident.
