With help and suggestions from the local residents, Bucks council have approved a new vehicle removal policy.
The new policy has some new reasons why that the Council will be able to Tow a car away, and take it to a secure vehicle storage facility.
This includes:
- persistent evaders - where there are five or more recorded parking fines for the vehicle and for which the penalties have not been paid.
- where vehicles are parked in a signed suspended area that stop or delay planned works by or on behalf of the council
