Local politics will see 50 less Councillors from May, with a number of ward changes, after local elections.
Buckinghamshire Council currently has 147 Councillors, three for each of the 49 wards.
For the Local Election on Thursday 1st May 2025 the number of Cllrs from Buckinghamshire Council will be streamlined down to 97.
We'll be voting in elections for all Town and Parish Councils in Bucks, as well as the Local Unitary Council.

The deadline to apply for free voter ID for the local elections in England on 1 May is 5pm on Wednesday 23 April.
To vote at a polling station, you will need to bring photo ID. Find out what forms of ID will be accepted.
If you have lost your photo ID, you can apply for an emergency proxy vote up to 5pm on polling day.
