The group, called `I Have a Voice Too` for adults with learning disabilities and special needs, have had their song released on music streaming site Spotify.
'Jubilation' was produced and performed as part of the National Paralympic Trust's 'Sing a Song for the Queen' for the late Queen Elizabeth's Platinum Jubilee earlier this year.
