Appeal for witnesses following theft of a motor vehicle in High Wycombe

Police are appealing for witnesses following the theft of a motor vehicle in High Wycombe.

At around 1am on Tuesday (18/4), a Toyota Auris was stolen from Walton Drive.

A short time later it was involved in a collision with a parked vehicle on Totteridge Drive.

The offender is described as a woman wearing traditional Asian dress.

Investigating officer, PC Cameron Parker-Graham, based at High Wycombe police station, said: “We are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this incident, or anyone with information about what happened, to please come forward.

“We’d ask anyone with dash-cam or personal CCTV in the Walton Drive and Totteridge Drive areas to please check any footage in case it has captured anything that may assist our investigation.

“You can upload this footage to our dedicated online portal.

“You can also report information by calling 101 or via the Thames Valley Police website, quoting reference 43230168939.

“Alternatively, if you wish to remain anonymous, you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or its website.”
