Everyone goes through it, but sometimes it can be seen as a taboo subject....
Thats why Legacy Funeral Services is joining Reflection Funerals to host the Aylesbury Vale Death Cafe to talk about death.
It's an opportunity for any one, of any age, to sit down and talk about death and have any questions surrounding the topic answered.
The event is hosted by Gemma Godivala - Reflection Funerals, a local funeral celebrant and James Burrett, the Director of Legacy.
Gemma told us why an event like this is so important.
"You're lifting all taboos on a subject that is generally spoke of as little as possible and about which people often have questions and thoughts. Death comes to every person sooner or later, and it's amazing how far you can get through life never really accepting that truth."
It's being held at Legacy Funeral Services Ltd on Buckingham Street, Aylesbury on the 19th of August.
The event is free of charge and the discussion is group-led, with no agenda, but with coffee, tea and plenty of cake.
