An Amersham-based micro-distillery are celebrating after its vodka won a gold medal at a highly prestigious international drinks competition.
The ‘Griffiths Brothers’ Distillery won a gold medal in the vodka category at the ‘Global Spirits Masters’ competition.
The family-run distillery was founded in 2017 by brothers Alex and Drew Griffiths.
Alex Griffiths, Director of Griffiths Brothers Distillery, said: “We’re really proud of our vodka and it’s become a firm favourite in pubs, shops and restaurants in the area.
“We’re delighted that it’s now received international recognition, especially as it was competing alongside some of the biggest vodka brands in the business.”
