A Buckinghamshire charity are encouraging us all to talk, and listen, to help combat mental health issues.
Every year, 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem, which is why it’s so important to make time to talk. The UK-wide campaign day, Time to Talk, is all about creating supportive communities by having conversations with family, friends, or colleagues about mental health.
We know the more conversations we have, the better life is for everyone. So make time in your day for a conversation about mental
health. The team from Buckinghamshire Mind will be at Aylesbury Library with their Safe Haven Stand from 10am to 2pm (Thurs 2nd February)
