Planning permission for a 750-million-pound film studio in Buckinghamshire backed by James Cameron has been denied.
The Avatar director wrote to Marlow Town Council in support of plans and marked it as a potential base for one of his companies that develops tools and technology for film.
However, concerns were raised that the site was an inappropriate development for greenbelt land and the plans were refused.
