If you can't make it to London this weekend, the ladies at the Long Marston & Puttenham Women's Insitute are hosting their very own Jubilee Celebrations, with their very own Queen!
One of their members is appearing as a stand in for the actual Queen, and will be arriving by vintage Rolls Royce with her favourite corgi 'pudding' to greet villagers at their afternoon tea ... served by the WI ladies in waiting.
Then for the main event - villagers have nominated 4 local people to be honoured with a special Valued member of the community award. Which the 'Queen', will be bestowing.
The event is on Sunday (5/6) in Long Marston Village Hall from 4-6pm.
