Buckingham and Bletchley Labour MP Callum Anderson highlighted the issue during Transport Questions in Parliament.
Callum Anderson questioned the Secretary of State for Transport, Heidi Alexander, about what action the Department for Transport is taking to 'resolve the outstanding issues'. He raised his concerns on behalf of his constituents, saying that Winslow and Bletchley residents are 'increasingly frustrated at the lack of East West Rail passenger services', also asking when they could expect a clear timetable for accessing the rail link.

The Labour MP also said in his Facebook post that he raised the issue with the Managing Director of Chiltern Railways and representatives from the National Union of Rail, Maritime and Transport Workers. He added that he has written to the Rail Minister and remains 'in contact' with the CEO of East West Railway.
Finally, Anderson said he is scheduled to 'host a reception in Parliament on 13th April with East West Rail, where I will once again call on Government and the rail industry to work together to deliver what we all want: trains running between Oxford, Bicester, Winslow, Bletchley and Milton Keynes as soon as possible.'
