The 'Additional Restrictions Grant Scheme' is a local safety net fund, helping businesses in Bucks who are not covered by the national COVID financial support scheme.
However, the Council admit there is risk involved, as they’re launching the fund before they’ve got confirmation of the final amount they’ll receive from the government.
So far, more than £14 million has been paid out through the scheme – helping over 3,500 businesses in Buckinghamshire who employ over 7,600 people.
