After the news that shook the world on Friday, of the passing of Prince Phillip the Duke of Edinburgh aged 99.
Joe Bradshaw who was assistant clerk to the Buckinghamshire Lieutenancy for 19 years spoke with us about his fond memories of His Royal Highness:
"During my time supporting the lord Lieutenancy of Buckinghamshire to 2002-2020, I had the great fortune of organising 100s of royal visits to the county on their behalf. Sadly the Duke didn't visit Bucks as often as we would have liked, but when he did it was always a great visit."
He recalls the time The Queen and Phillip visited The set of 'My Family':
"The best part of the visit for me was when they visited the set of My Family, the Duke delayed the programme just a tad and spent a lot of time chatting to Zoe Wanamaker and Robert Lindsay about the rooms in their house. His dry sense of humour was always present, especially then, even though the Queen was a bit perturbed at delaying the programme!"
