The Aylesbury Vale Stronghold team have just charged an 18 year old male from Luton following his arrest just after 4pm yesterday afternoon (27/05).
The man was detained by officers on Griffin Lane, Aylesbury however before a search could take place, he assaulted the constable whilst trying to escape.
Fortunately nobody was seriously hurt during the incident.
He has been charged with the following offences;
Assault on an Emergency Worker
Obstructing a Police Officer
He has been remanded into police custody and will appear in court later today (28/05).
