National Apprenticeship Week is underway.
The Government-backed initiative runs until the 12th February to promote the benefits of apprenticeships to both employees and employers.
Harry Hurst from Buckinghamshire left school at 17 - he wasn't enjoying sixth form and was unsure of the next step for his education and career.
He saw an advertisement for an apprenticeship with Everyone Active and was successful in his interview.
Harry says being an apprentice allowed him to try different roles, and learn what was best suited to him as an individual:
