Men across Bucks are being invited to open up about their mental health at a special group.
The monthly Men Can Heal meeting at Aylesbury Library, provides a safe space where they can share their own experiences.
The group takes place at Aylesbury library on the last Saturday of the month, including this weekend (28th) from 9:45am.
