Two appliances and crews from High Wycombe, along with an officer attended.
A car had ended up on its side, a man had become trapped.
The firefighters used stabilisation gear to release the man, passing him into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
A road closure was put in place.
Thames Valley Police also attended.

SGN (Southern Gas Networks) has confirmed the road will remain closed until at least midnight on Thursday 3rd July, with diversion through Wingrave no longer possible.
