Today, like many across the profession, we are deeply saddened and angered by the actions of Robert Bush in Hull.
What has come to light is completely unacceptable and goes against everything that funeral service should stand for—dignity, care, and trust. Our thoughts are firmly with the families affected, who have been let down in the most distressing way imaginable. We sincerely hope they are given the justice they deserve.
We also want to make it absolutely clear that Legacy Funeral Services, Aylesbury, has no affiliation whatsoever with Robert Bush or any business connected to these events. Despite the similarity in names that has caused confusion in the past, we are an entirely independent, family-run funeral director based in Aylesbury.
We pride ourselves on the highest standards of care, transparency, and respect for every individual entrusted to us. This situation only reinforces how important it is for families to feel confident in the people they choose during such a difficult time.
