Lidl Great Britain are proposing to deliver a new food store on Aylesbury Road, Thame on the CPM site.
The site is currently an office building located adjacent to a large residential development to the east and south of the site. It is proposed to redevelop the site to provide a new Lidl foodstore with associated car parking enveloping the northern portion of the building.
The proposed Lidl foodstore will have a Gross Internal Area of 2,185 sqm, of which 1,516 sqm will be sales area. The remaining floorspace will comprise of warehouse floorspace (448sqm) and ancillary space (221sqm), which will comprise customer toilets, an in-store bakery, staff welfare facilities, ancillary office space and storage / utility space.
The new foodstore will be accessed by the existing access off Aylesbury Road. The proposed development will comprise a total of 130 car parking spaces, including 6 accessible spaces, 9 parent & child spaces, and 2 EV spaces.
