Although many people may not have heard of Flag Football, which is a non contact version of American Football, many teams play competitively across the UK.
Ewan Allum, who is part of the team in Aylesbury, told us all about the sport:
"It's basically all the skill positions - on offence you have the quarter back, the centre and wide receivers, and on defence you have a blizter, corner back and safety, you have four oppurtinites to make it to half way and four more opportunities to score."
Ewan is now part of the GB Lions team for the sport, he told us his journey:
