Local charities are invited to apply for their share of £100,000 thanks to a panel of entrepreneurs, including Peter Jones.
The Clare Foundation are holding their second 'Angel's Den' event this September, inspired by the hit TV show Dragon's Den.
Ten shortlisted organisations will have two minutes each to pitch to the 'Angels', before they deliberate over how much each charity is awarded.
Mike Clare, founder and Chairman of the Foundation, says: “Our first Angels Den was an overwhelming success.
“We hope that this year we will see even more charities taking part to showcase their work.”
Last year’s awards saw over 50 local charities apply.
Susie Besant from One-Eighty took home the highest share of the pot, at £20,000. This contributed to their work supporting young people aged 4-18 with their mental health and educational needs.

Other charities included Inspire Bucks, who won £17,000, and Missenden Walled Garden, who won £14,000. The rest took home £7,000 each.
Joining Peter Jones on the panel are Sarah Leslie, George Anson and Matt Storey, along with Mike Clare.
The five Angels have contributed £10,000 each, and The Clare Foundation has matched this with another £50,000.
The ceremony will take place at the Elgiva Theatre in Chesham on 11 September 2024, and will be hosted by Bucks Radio's Nathan Cooper.
Those looking to apply must outline why their charity benefits Bucks' residents. Applications close at 10:30 on 21 May 2024, and you can apply using this link. (External site)
