The Aylesbury Community Board has taken the opportunity to look back at some of the things they have accomplished for the town over the last year.
One of the board’s biggest achievements has been the work carried out in partnership with the Cloudy Foundation, Aylesbury Youth Action and Bucks UTC on the Youth Views project, in which they created a mobile app to gather the views and concerns of local young people in the area.
But now, looking towards the future, they are looking for new members - young and old, to join the community board.
They want to focus on Economic recovery, Health & wellbeing, the environment and road safety in particualr over the next year.
If any of these themes interest you, or you feel you can make a difference, email aylesburycb@buckinghamshire.gov.uk
Funding is also available for projects that link to the areas of focus for the year so if you have a project or initiative that you think could benefit, find out more on the website.
