A man has been arrested in connection with a sexual assault in Aylesbury.
The incident occurred at around 9.45pm on Monday (3/4), on Cooks Road.
The victim, a woman in her thirties, was walking her dog when the offender jumped out on her and inappropriately touched the victim over her clothing.
The offender then put a knife close to the victim’s neck.
The victim didn’t sustain injuries in the incident.
Officers investigating this incident have arrested a 54-year-old man from Aylesbury on suspicion of stalking involving fear of violence, sexual assault, assault by beating, possession of a knife in a public place and use of threating words with intent to cause fear. He has been released on police bail.
