Tidy Town Taskforce

Be a Community Hero!
As part of our Support Local initiative, Aylesbury Town Council is proud to launch the Tidy Town Taskforce, a community driven project designed to inspire pride and bring residents together to help keep Aylesbury looking its best.

The Tidy Town Taskforce will be out in Aylesbury Town Centre, working to keep it looking nice! This will include litter picking, weeding, cleaning outsides of bins, planters, signs and street furniture, and general tidying up!

Whether you’re part of a local group or business, a family, or just someone who cares about the place we all call home, this is your opportunity to make a positive impact.

Who can take part?
This event is open to everyone of all ages. Children are very welcome but must be accompanied by a supervising adult.

What’s provided?
Aylesbury Town Council will supply all necessary cleaning equipment, but feel free to bring your own gloves, litter pickers, or other tools if you prefer.

Drinks and biscuits will be available to keep you refreshed while you work.
