Kop Hill Climb tickets up for grabs

We have a family ticket (two adults and three children) and 2 pairs of tickets to give away. Just answer our very simple question below.

The 2026 Kop Hill Climb promises a packed weekend of motoring and family entertainment in Princes Risborough on 12 and 13 September. At the heart of the event are hundreds of spectacular historic, classic and special-interest cars and motorcycles, with many taking to the famous Kop Hill throughout the weekend. Away from the hill, visitors can explore the bustling paddock, enjoy the ever-popular Soapbox Challenge, family attractions and funfair rides, live entertainment on the Festival Stage, and browse a huge variety of motoring displays, club stands, traders, vintage clothing, memorabilia, art and collectables. There’ll also be plenty of food and drink, including local ales, while organisations including the Vintage Sports Car Club and Association of Heritage Engineers join the event for 2026. It all combines to make Kop Hill Climb a great family day out as well as one of Buckinghamshire’s biggest celebrations of motoring history.

HISTORY:
Kop Hill’s motorsport story began in 1910 when motorcyclists discovered the steep, winding Chiltern road as the perfect place to test their machines, with cars joining them a year later. The Kop Hill Climb quickly became a major motorsport event, attracting legendary names including Malcolm Campbell, Raymond Mays, Henry Seagrave and Count Zborowski. Records tumbled, with Zborowski completing the climb in just 26.8 seconds and Freddie Dixon setting an extraordinary motorcycle record in 1925, averaging 81mph from a standing start. That same year, an accident involving a spectator led the RAC to end high-speed competitions on public roads in Britain. Today, Kop Hill Climb has returned not as a race, but as a spectacular celebration of more than a century of motoring history, innovation and engineering – keeping the Kop Hill legend very much alive.
