Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses after a woman in her fifties, saw a man exposing himself and touching himself inappropriately in Coates Lane car park.
The incident occurred at 9am yesterday (15/12).
Despite a 30-year-old man from High Wycombe being arrested on suspicion of exposure and released on police bail, Police are still looking for information.
Investigating officer PC Jack Jones, based at Wycombe police station, said: “We would like to appeal to anybody who may have witnessed this incident to please get in touch.
