TVP continue fight against drug crimes in the area

A man from High Wycombe and a man from Aylesbury have been charged, while a 22 year old in High Wycombe has been sentenced for drug supply offences.

Mohammed Mahrban, aged 26, of Chiltern Avenue, was charged for intent to spumy drugs after he was Mahrban was arrested on Thursday

At around 10.30am on Thursday, officers conducted a search at an address in High Wycombe for an unrelated matter.

They located a substantial amount of heroin, crack cocaine, paraphernalia and cash inside.

Mahrban has been remanded in custody to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court on 7 March.

then, a 28 year old male from Aylesbury was arrested on Dunsham Lane just before 1pm yesterday (8/2).

He was first detained by officers for a search and then arrested having been suspected to be involved in the supply of Class A drugs.

Following a search at a related address, officers also recovered a substantial quantity of both Cocaine and Heroin.

He remains in police custody and will appear in court later today (9/2).

Meanwhile, 20 year old Anees Basharat, of Ogilvie Roadhas been sentenced to three years and two months at Aylesbury Crown Court on Tuesday (8/2).

He pleaded guilty to one count of possession with intent to supply a controlled class A drug – heroin.

At around 6pm on 30 July last year, officers conducted a stop and search on Basharat after witnessing a drug deal in Ogilvie Road, High Wycombe.

Basharat was then arrested and a search of his home address found 89 wraps of heroin, ready to be sold.
