Earlier this week officers from the problem solving team and rural neighbourhood team, arrested a man for the recent theft from motor vehicle series in Aston Clinton.
A number of the stolen items have been recovered and the man has been charged with the offences and will appear in court within the next few weeks.
Officers are reminding people that especially in this hot weather to make sure you lock your property and make sure windows are shut, as to quote the suspect “it’s easy when people leave their cars unlocked and windows open with items on show”.
