Transport for Bucks are working to remove the Jackson Road roundabout in Aylesbury, with temporary traffic lights and ongoing road closures either side.
You could see some delays on your journey in and out of Aylesbury on the Bicester Road side for the next few weeks.
Work to remove the Jackson Road roundabout is continuing and that means temporary traffic lights and a narrower road.
The works will happen during the daytime, but Transport for Bucks say that road closures and traffic lights will be in place 24/7.
TfB say that both Jackson Road and Dickens Way are shut to all vehicular traffic at the junction with the A41 to facilitate construction of road widening and road crossings.
The existing roundabout will be removed at the Jackson Road junction and the A41 will become a straight through road. Local diversions will be in please for both Jackson Road and Dickens Way.
Advanced signage has been in place since 1 June 2022 and a local letter drop has been completed to immediate residential and commercial properties.
Working times will be 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday. Traffic management and road closures will be in please 24/7 for approximately 4 weeks.
