The incident is reported to have taken place in Totteridge Lane, Terriers End, and the Amersham Road, High Wycombe at around 10.37pm on Saturday (29/10).
The teenage boy received stab wounds - and remains in hospital in a stable condition.
Three male teenagers aged, 15, 16, and 17 have been arrested in connection with this incident on suspicion of GBH - and been released on bail.
Detective Inspector Pete Wall, of Force CID based in High Wycombe, said: “We are appealing for information following this stabbing in which a boy has been taken to hospital.
“We have made three arrests, but are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
“Anyone who has information should call 101 quoting reference 43220487524 or if you have dashcam or CCTV footage you can upload it to our online page.

“Members of the public may see an increased police presence in the area as we continue to investigate this incident.”
