The organisation are now providing face-to-face group support on both their Covid-secure sites in Aylesbury and Wycombe, seven evenings a week.
The two group sessions are: 6.30pm – 9pm and 9.30pm – Midnight.
Safe Haven is a mental health crisis support service for anyone living in Buckinghamshire aged 18 years or over. They provide listening support and signposting, and also work with service users to create safety plans if they are struggling to keep themselves safe due to thoughts of self-harm or of ending their life.
They recommend that you call at 6pm to book your slot.
