A team from the Chocolateries in Thame and Wendover will swap their aprons for trainers today (21/5) as they tackle the charity triathlon.
22 staff, aged 16 to 69, will run, swim and cycle over 340k to raise money for their Charity of the Year, Thomley - a place for people of all abilities & disabilities.
Sarah Cornish from Rumsey's is one of the team, and she told us more about the challenge:
Sarah also told Bucks Radio why they choose Thomley:

Thomley, based at Worminghall nr Thame, enhances the well-being of disabled people through delivering activities that helps develop the skills they need to run their day-to-day lives.
Disabled people don’t have the same opportunities as their non-disabled peers to engage in activities that will help them attain the life skills they need in making the transition into adulthood. This means they miss essential experiences their non-disabled peers take for granted. For disabled people the building of this foundation can take longer and requires additional support to achieve a healthy transition.
