Kingsbrook Parish Council has received notification from Hallam Land that a public consultation is being held until 10th November for the possible development of land in Broughton of 60 homes.

The site is located on land to the west of Burcott Lane.
The site predominantly comprises two fields of other neutral grassland which are bound by a network of native species-poor hedgerows and native species-poor hedgerow with trees. Several broadleaved trees are scattered throughout the site’s boundaries.
