Thames Valley Police have confirmed an increased police presence around Churchill Avenue in Aylesbury on Tuesday (15/1) as part of an ongoing investigation.
The activity follows the unexplained death of a man in his eighties on 14 January. Police said officers are in the area to carry out enquiries and to provide support to the local community.
A 59-year-old woman from Aylesbury has been arrested in connection with the investigation and remains in police custody.
Thames Valley Police have said there is no wider risk to the public.
Anyone with concerns or information related to the investigation is encouraged to speak with officers in the area or contact police via the non-emergency number 101.
