The new owner of a 17-acre site on the A41 near Aylesbury has revealed plans for a £50-million logistics development.
Real estate investor Firethorn has bought the land from Taylor Wimpey, with work due to start in mid-2027.
The scheme could deliver up to 314,000 square feet of employment space and create new jobs for the area.
