New figures reveal more than a hundred firefighters in Buckinghamshire have been injured while on duty in the last three years.
Data obtained by Accident Claims Advice shows injuries remain highest in Milton Keynes and Aylesbury.
The Fire Brigades Union says firefighters are too often working without adequate equipment or training, and is calling for urgent national investment to improve safety.
