Plans for a new mega-prison in a small Bucks village have taken a step forward, as The Ministry of Justice have put in an outline planning application to Bucks Council for the development of a category C prison.
The Outline Planning Application covers up to 67,000 square feet and includes a secure perimeter fence, new road access, parking, landscaping and associated engineering works on land adjacent to HMP Grendon and HMP Springhill, Grendon Underwood, Edgcott.
