Emergency services were called to a collision in Wendover.
A fire crew from Aylesbury were sent to the incident in Hare Lane at just after 4:30pm on Sunday.
Police confirmed the collision involved two cars.
The firefighters provided immediate emergency care to one man and made the scene safe.
